All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but reserve the right to correct errors. Product availability is subject to change based on real-time inventory levels.
5. Order Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled by Sports South. Obsidian Industries acts as a retailer in a drop-ship arrangement. Shipping times and availability are subject to the distributor's inventory and operations.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of ammunition products and applicable regulations, all sales of ammunition are final. We do not accept returns on ammunition products. If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
7. Limitation of Liability
Obsidian Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered.
