How old do I need to be to purchase ammunition?
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase ammunition from Obsidian Industries. This applies to all ammunition types, including rifle and shotgun ammunition.
Do you ship to all states?
No. Due to varying state regulations, we cannot ship ammunition to California, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington D.C., Hawaii, or Alaska. Please check our Shipping Restrictions page for the most current information.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are fulfilled by Sports South and typically ship within 1-3 business days. Transit time depends on your location but is generally 3-7 business days via ground shipping.
Is the inventory accurate?
Yes. Our inventory is synced with Sports South's real-time stock levels. If a product shows as in stock on our site, it is available to ship.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I return ammunition?
Due to the nature of ammunition products and federal regulations, we cannot accept returns on ammunition. All sales are final. If you receive damaged or incorrect products, please contact us immediately.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
We strive to offer competitive per-round pricing on all products. Many products are available in bulk quantities at lower per-round costs. Sort by price per round on any category page to find the best deals.
Is a signature required for delivery?
An adult signature (21+) is required for all ammunition deliveries. Someone of legal age must be present to sign for the package.
What is your price match policy?
We work hard to maintain competitive pricing. If you find a lower price from a legitimate retailer with the item in stock, please contact us and we'll do our best to match it.
