Due to varying state and local regulations regarding the sale and shipment of ammunition, Obsidian Industries is unable to ship to certain states. It is the buyer's responsibility to know and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding ammunition purchases.

- All orders are fulfilled by Sports South, a licensed wholesale distributor
- Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days
- Ground shipping only — ammunition cannot be shipped via air
- Adult signature (21+) required for all deliveries
- We ship to residential and commercial addresses in eligible states
- P.O. Box addresses are not accepted for ammunition shipments
Local Regulations
Even in states where we can ship, some cities and counties may have additional restrictions on ammunition purchases or possession. It is your responsibility to verify that you can legally receive ammunition at your shipping address. Obsidian Industries is not responsible for orders placed in violation of local laws.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase ammunition from Obsidian Industries. An adult signature is required at delivery. The carrier may request identification to verify age upon delivery.
