The Civic Duty round defeats barriers as effectively as the R.I.P. and expands 2.5 times its initial diameter after coming into contact with a fluid medium. The Civic Duty round expands to transfer 100% of its energy to the target. The Civic Duty Round retains 99.9% weight inside the intended target without concern of over-penetration in CQB situations.
